High scores from a SatisFacts feedback program show that residents notice and appreciate a management company and staff commitment, and they validate when a company and property team go beyond talking about great resident service and satisfaction – but where they in fact “walk the walk.”

Have you been asked to complete a survey? Having difficulty logging in?

If you have received a card and/or email from ResidentSurveys, this is a request by your apartment community's management company to provide feedback. If you have not received a card or email, then your community's management company is not seeking to conduct a survey with you at this time.

If you are trying to take a survey and are having difficulty, please make sure you are typing the survey web address, or URL, into your web browser's address bar; the web address included on the card or in the email you received should not be typed into a Google, Yahoo, Bing or similar search box. When entered correctly, you will be taken to a survey log in page with your management company's logo at the top. However, if you see a Google, Yahoo, Bing or other search result, this means you entered the survey web address into a search bar, not the browser's web address bar.

Additionally, when entering the web address, please pay particular attention to the 4 or 5 characters at the end of the address.

Also, note that the word “SURVEYS” in the web address is plural.  

Once at the survey login page, note that the letters in the Username and Password are all in UPPER CASE, so make sure you type all letters in capitals.
